Must be 25 years of age to rent a room or suite.

We have ‘Dial It Down a Notch’ from 10:30pm-8am daily. In the evenings we have many sleeping children, and in the mornings we have many sleeping adults.

All of our guest rooms and sidewalks are NON-SMOKING. We have designated smoking areas.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11AM.

A two-night minimum is required on all weekends, three nights on holidays. We do not have a Saturday arrival.

All rooms include a bathroom, fridge, coffee maker and most have a microwave.

For our regular rooms (Rolo, Twin Bing, Sugar Babies and Sixlets), we require a deposit of one night's room and tax, thirty days in advance of your arrival. You can cancel up until one week of your arrival and we would refund your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee for standard rooms. Within the week, we will retain your deposit and charge the remainder of your stay.

For our Suites (Cracker Jack, Good and Plenty and Pop Rocks), we collect the full payment for your stay 30 days prior to your arrival.  Any changes or cancellation cannot be accepted after that time.
